Jodi Hall — Lead Administrator / Jenna Weekley — Associate Administrator
Support the day-to-day academic, disciplinary, and student-life functions
Oversee curriculum implementation
Provide staff support and guidance
Pastor Pete Pederson – ORLBC Executive Pastor
Provide oversight and support to the leadership team
Ensure school alignment with the church’s mission
Jay Zimmerman – Business Manager
Manage school finances and operations
Coordinate budgeting, vendors, and facilities management
Gretchen Hussey – Administrative Assistant
Main point of contact for general questions and communication
Handle attendance, dismissals, and daily office logistics
